Our products are custom made and not eligible for cancellation or return.

All products listed on our website are eligible for an even exchange only.

If your order is a one-off invoiced item it is unable to be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

On an eligible exchanges, the exchange must be requested via an email sent to gasandthreadz@gmail.com within 3 days of the order being delivered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. 

Gas & Threadz is not responsible for any lost packages when sending in your product for exchange. Please be sure to insure your package.

If your product becomes damaged or unusable within one year of purchase, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us and we will pay for the return shipping to the customer.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
